Long- and short-term consultants play important roles on Bright Capacity Initiatives for Community Enhancement's (BCiCe Nigeria) technical teams, providing additional expertise as needed. Consultants have graduate-level training and, usually, significant local, national international experience. Quite often, consultants work directly with our Programme Management Team and occasionally contribute to our program activities.
BCiCe Nigeria does not list consultancy openings; instead, we maintain a database of experts, which it refers to when seeking suitable candidates, often on short notice. When seeking consultants to work on a project, we draw on its up-to-date data base of relevant professionals and other experts working in the development to identify individuals for various opportunities.
