MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
The organization has well-established and structured management.
- The Board of Trustees comprises of 4 persons and are responsible for providing necessary advice and guidance to the Project Management Team, including the Board Chairperson, Board Members, and Board Secretary.
- The Programme Management Team (PMT) is headed by a Programme Manager, 3 Senior Programme Advisors (on Community/Reproductive Health-Care Unit, Community/Vulnerable Population Development Unit, and Human Resource/Finance Unit).
- The States Offices are headed by the State Programme Management Unit (PMU), including 3 Programme Officers (on Health-Care Support Services, Development Support Services, and Accountant/Internal Audit Services in each of the operating States).
- There are also Programme Assistants and Volunteers in all our operating States, Centres and Community Project Sites that assist in the smooth running of the organization
- The organization presently has about 32 full-time staff, 26 part time staff, over 500 and 2,000 active volunteers and members respectively.
