Bright Capacity Initiatives for Community Enhancement (BCiCe) is an organized institution that not only deliver services but also manage staff personnel, oversee administration and maintain cash funds. As recipients of grants from various channels and project holders of welfare activities, the organization therefore uphold principles of accountability and transparency. One of the strong indicators of these principles is keeping policy documents in place, based on which the day-to-day operations of the organization are to be carried out. Thus, donors are assured that their funds are in safe hands prior to providing funding support to the organization. 

In this regard, Bright Capacity Initiatives for Community Enhancement (BCiCe) have come up with its set of organizational policies for ensuring internal control systems are put in place.
