Bright Capacity Initiatives for Community Enhancement (BCiCe Nigeria) internships provide opportunities for individuals interested in gaining experience in the field of development work. Under the guidance of a committed preceptor or mentor, interns are provided with the opportunity to work with BCiCe Nigeria projects. With the coaching, supervision, and support of the mentor, interns are afforded a venue for developing their technical and leadership skills.
